Meet the founders

Todd & Christa

Husband and wife team Todd and Christa Freeman founded Watercolor Salon in 2010, combining their talent and vision as head stylists to bring elevated, artful hair care to the Jackson metro area.

Our Story

In efforts to elevate the quality of hair care in the area, Todd and Christa Freeman opened Watercolor Salon. With a handful of courageous team members and a dream, the salon quickly earned a reputation for itself appearing in Mississippi Magazine as soon as 2012. As our clientele grew, it became obvious that expansion was inevitable. In 2014, the salon acquired the space occupied by Brock's Salon & Gifts established in 1949. After a year of renovations, the new location was revealed to the public. Since then, we have been able to better accommodate our unrivaled clientele and team. Just recently, we've opened a third location in Madison with an all new Shoppe.
